I took a deep dive into the workings of Man Up Inc., a non-profit organization that serves the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn. They provide various kinds of programs for people in the community including mentorship for young people. They are also part of the Cure Violence Initiative that helps to reduce crime in the community.
